Over the New Years Week, right after Christmas, with some reluctance I/We went on a Cruise to Cancun and Progresso. The Excursions were a blast and we had a great time there. The transportation was OK but we had pretty rough weather so not a lot of "On Deck" time. Maybe being on a big boat is more fun when you can be outside? I have been on big boats in bad weather, and I will have to tell you, this was a cakewalk... Of course a luxury liner the size of a couple of football fields sits a bit more buoyant in the water than a dinky little Jet-Barge. In a totally unbiased assessment, the BARGE reference not withstanding.....the Jet-Barge was a bit more exciting, especially in 13 ft. seas dragging buoys faster than traffic on I35... Survived both to tell the tale so "IN YOUR EYE" Davy Jones!!!
